I found the hotel to be a perfect base with lovely nearby walking areas and shopping options, as there’s a huge shopping center just a short stroll away. Delightful green spaces like Laguna El Campillo only almost 2 km away to enjoy the outdoors.

The staff were warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze, and the complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival added a nice touch to the experience.

The air conditioning system was uncomfortably noisy, which hindered my ability to get a good night's sleep.

i had a great stay at sercotel. the superior double room was very comfortable with a large bathroom that had amazing green tiles. breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choices. i loved the free private parking which was super convenient, especially being on the outskirts of madrid. plus, the nearby shopping center made it easy to grab anything i needed.
